XL Performance sessions.
XL Performance Field sessions take place on Saturday mornings at 10:00am If there is a session cancellation or a change in time you will be notified via our Instagram page or via email. Both of these platforms are located at the bottom of the page.
Weekend sessions give XL athletes a chance to enhance their on-field skills in a group environment. Group sessions are an essential part of development for our athletes here at XL. It is very important for athletes to compete against each other and to emulate game situations.
We recommend beginners to start 1-1 sessions before attending the group sessions as we want all of our athletes to work at their desired pace.
