XL Performance gives athletes a place to be themselves. You do not have to play a specific sport to be defined as an XL Athlete. You just need to have a vision, perform and the results will follow. The training regime you will undergo will be by you, for you.

Whether that be his fellow coaches at XL or the people we train here at XL. Coach Nuno has a plethora of qualifications. However, we believe that his best asset are his skills to extend the relationship between himself and XL athletes. His dedication to not only to improve your performance as an athlete, Nuno also wants to ensure the synergy between himself and everyone we train is at the highest of standards.
XL Performance Strength and Conditioning sessions will take place at Evolve Gym in Colindale, North West London. Whether it is your first time in the gym, aiming to lose weight or to undergo an intense personalised regime. Coach Nuno will help you XL!
